My CV was sent to HR by a friend who was already working in Ericsson. I`ve been called by the HR to schedule an interview. It was a technical interview with the team coordinators of the project. After having the first interview, another one was scheduled to have the language test. Everything went fine so I accepted the offer.

It was ok. Soft skills and technical skills were the subjects of the talk. The manager wanted to see if you are quick in solving issues, able to speak fluent in multiple languages and help out technicians in day to day activities
