It was a one day process which lasted almost the entire day
first round: aptitude. simple questions but a lengthy test. conducted by cocubes
second round: group discussion: my topic was: political situtaion of india. Just speak fluently and give importance to listening as well
third round: technical interview: questions on CDMA, GSM, INVERTERS, OP AMPS, and mainly ur training and project.
fourth round: HR-why do u wanna join? try to sound very intellectual.lol. it might be a good idea if u r in it for the learning

it was a on campus interview.
There were 3rounds .
1st round was aptitude round which was conducted by cocubes. 2nd round was technical interview which was average.they asked some technical questions and project related questions.3rd round was HR round in which they asked personality related questions to check ur confidence and communication skills.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ericsson (Lahore) in Feb 2016

Through technical interview and HR interview.
There were many questions, important of which are explained below. The company is really good and professional.
After the interview, it took HR one week to email and call me to offer the position. which i gladly accepted.

Easy and Straight forward questions. Some H.RRtype questions were also asked in technical round. Friendly interviewer. Most of the questions asked from networking. The more you answer correctly more they'll ask. So be prepared for that. No questions were asked from D.S. although I kept saying that I like it. But other students were quizzed from this subject too.
