Interview
3 interviews meetings in a row, spanning 2 hours. HR, manager, and technical. First two was more about personality fit.
The technical was an hour with two engineers. Begun with going through CV and details of previous roles. Then went into depth on topics that interested them - an understanding of architecture helped here. No coding test. Extra questions added to cover technology details - such as typical Java interview questions.

I was asked about previous experience and was given description of role. I waited 2 months from application to interview which gave a bad impression. I was not selected for further interview
