Simplified process with basic interview questions. All single person interviews so very repetitive of content and questions.

Process was well coordinated and the senior leadership knew what they were doing and the kind of person they wanted to hire. I met with multiple levels of leadership and from different functions. My hiring manager scheduled the interview coordinated with HR and I had an option to attend in person or over the phone.
