Interview
2 stage interview with HR and then Hiring manager. HR team member did initially screening with basic questions. Hiring manager interview was more indepth review of experience and situational based questions. Background screening process takes a long time and delayed my start date even though there were no exceptions raised.
The company had a well designed interview process. It started with an HR round, followed by a first interview, and then an in office interview with the Head of Product.

It starts with a recruiter call to check your background and interest, then a hiring manager interview where you dive into your product experience, especially around data, APIs, and working with cross-functional teams. There was a product case to show how you think.

Em dezembro 2025 fui abordado pela recrutadora no linkedin, Fiz a primeira conversa com o RH e no dia seguinte com o Superintendente. Foi uma experiência positiva, conversa agradável, quiseram saber sobre minha carreira e falaram um pouco sobre o desafio.
