Initially contacted for a phone screen and then an in person interview with 2 individuals. The interview was pretty laid back with not too many difficult questions.

things started off with a telephone screening with the talent acquisition specialist. panel interview with manager and assistant managers. synopsis of company and team and then pointed behavioral interview questions.
i then received a call within a week with the offer. it was encouraged to not ask to counter-offer. i was unaware there would be no bonus; if i would have known, or would have counter-offered for a higher salary.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Equifax (Irving, TX) in Oct 2010

The interview was simple and straight forward. It was in person and only took a few minutes. They asked a few questions and called back with an offer a few hours later.
