Encompass Digital Media Master Control Operator interview questions

Great Interview Phone Interview. Was asked about my past experience and the basic H.R. interview questions. Didn't feel rushed and I was allowed to ask as many questions that came to mind. Surprisingly, the recruiter knew a lot about the role and could provide me with a lot of detailed information and what I could expect. One draw back from the conversation was when I mentioned relocation? It was not offered.

met with HR director first and then boss. conversation was relaxed and to the point. they make it a point to stress that there is no negotiating for your base salary, an that most likely you wont always have holidays / weekends off. but in fairness that is the reality of the position, the whole process took less than 2 hours
