Quite frankly the stupidest recruitment process I've ever been through. No regard whatsoever for the time the candidate is having to take in order to make it to their "recruitment friday".
They asked completely unrelated questions to the role that I was applying for. Like ideas for marketing campaigns and if I were to start a business what would it be. I was applying for a role within the product development team.
At the end they told me they wouldn't go through with my application because the role was, and I quote, "an unstructured role and we aren't able to provide you with the team and resources you would need". That makes no sense and none of that was in the job description. Had that been in it, I would have most definitely NOT applied in the first place.
When I asked about their decision making process and their product developement process (which is completely pertinent to the role that I was applying for) the guy LITERALLY said "we just figure it out as we go".
Save your time and don't even bother to apply, unless you're looking for that kind of chaotic, unstructured, pretentious, and underpaid environment.
I will say, even though the process was exhausting and felt like a complete waste of my time, the people that interviewed me (5 total) were friendly enough that I wouldn't say the overall experience was terrible.
