Introducing each other, then some questions about you (strengths, weaknesses, why Emma, what would your former manager tell about you - the good and the bad... Then they ask a brainteaser or a short business case (about Emma - depending on the position, there is no need to know about the industry much...) And lastly, you have some minutes to ask about whatever you want. As an advice, just be yourself. The culture is super relaxed and they like diverse people.
