I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Emma in Dec 2021
Interview
The process was quite long but interesting (I have added 4 different interviews with often the same question over and over again). All managers were really kind and professional.
I was very disappointed then when I finally did not get the job because of a reason that does not reflect my personality at all. "we were not sure whether you would adapt to our environment in terms of us lacking hierarchy and structure and being super-fast paced. " while I have discussed this with the general manager and I have very successful experiences with this kind of companies. I feel like HR doesn't really get full feedback from the interviews. I feel like I did 4 interviews for nothing since the result does not reflect the interviews content.

In the EMMA website, explain me if the email system is good or not and why.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Emma (Lisboa, Lisboa) in Dec 2021
Interview
Nice and smooth. Not too many interviews. First a casual one for culture fit, then a technical one with live coding (with super cool devs) then a feedback session.
Everything was fast and simple :)

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Emma (Lisboa, Lisboa) in Sep 2021
Interview
Interview process was amazing, very focused, straight to the point. All the interviewers were very professional yet accessible. It was a very quick process, and feedback was swift. It gave me a sense they valued my time as much as theirs.
