Multiple different interviews with different people. Interview were very structured and went very smoothly. the 1st thing was an easy apply with a CV and a small Cover letter, then an assessment and then 3 Interviews.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Emma in Feb 2022
Interview
Not interested HR, asking all usual behavoiural questions. Being rude and being late for the meeting. Expecting 5 hours Engagement from candidate for few rounds of interview.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Emma (Lisboa, Lisboa) in Jul 2022
Interview
I applied through a recommendation and from that moment I had 3 different recruitment stages:
- Online Assessment measuring deductive, inductive and numerical reasoning;
- Interview to get to know me, understand my motivations, deciding whether the role I was applying was suitable for me or not;
- Set of 3 back-to-back interviews with Emma staff where I explored some topics of the first interview (even though the topics where similar, these were explored in more detail, with the goal of aligning expectations and better explaining Emma's culture) and was also put to test with some business cases and brain teasers.
