Emma interview questions

I had a good first interview and passed to the second stage, which was a logic test. Then I moved on to the third stage, and the process lasted for hours, with 6 different people, many pointless questions just to put pressure on me to answer fictitious things. One of the interviewers didn't even look at the screen and just sat back, completely uninterested. I may not have done well, but I have a beautiful career that I'm proud of and I've won many international awards, and above all, I'm a human being. After going through all that stress, they never gave me an answer. Truly a terrible experience.

I applied as a senior frontend developer at Emma and here is my feedback regarding the process. Everyone I met, both internally and externally, was genuinely friendly and supportive, but Emma’s team leaders stood out even more — they explained everything clearly and made the whole process feel very transparent. The process felt quite slow, with multiple steps that seemed unnecessary. One additional point that was a bit confusing: the job description clearly stated that the role was for senior candidates, but right before the final step I was informed that the position was not actually senior. This mismatch created some uncertainty about the expectations for the role.
