Interview
First call with HR. After 3 weeks, got a second round which was a 2 hour session with a "Software Architect" and an Engineering Manager for the first hour and 2 guys from the devops team for the second hour. I made it clear from the beginning of the process that I'm not senior and in the end got rejected because they don't have the capacity (devops team is 4 people big) to onboard non senior people - utter waste of time, the whole process felt chaotic and very unorganised.

Question 1
Nothing too technical just a bunch of behavioral questions and what would you do in this and that case. The interviewers weren't that great, all questions were rather confusing and they needed to explain the questions several times because either the question was way too broad or too abstract (here the examples didn't help too much)...

Interview
They haven't been well-prepared for interview. Not professional, weird questions. The process takes a long time. The noise in their background is so loud. I feel uncomfortable in the 1st ground with HR.

Interview
Overall, a challenging experience for a 6-month role as a BusDev intern role. Interviews of 2 hours divided into 2 different stages - riddles included to test the thiking skills of the candidate.
