Emma interview questions

step 1 : submit CV step 2: SHL test , it is not easy and requires practice and speed step 3: 30 min HR interview. The HR (still a student) joined late to the call ( which is acceptable) She started by introducing herself and then asked me 5-6 questions together in one go. They were basic HR questions and by the time i answered 4 of them, I forgot exactly what the other 2 questions were. I asked her to repeat the questions that i missed but she ignored and moved ahead. she gave me a hypothetical case based on Emma launching in a new country. the additional question she asked were not very clear as to what she wants to know.

The process is not very personalized, you don't have any direct mails with an HR. You will receive automatic emails to schedule interviews and get ready for an online assessment (about 20-30 questions to answer in 45mins, mainly logical calculation or reasoning questions). Then you will have an interview with the hiring manager directly.
