I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Emma (Lisboa, Lisboa) in Apr 2023
Interview
The interview process is as described on their website - which I appreciate for being so thorough and organised. During what they call hiring day you have multiple interviews with different company members; I wouldn't say the intensity of interviews is difficult, but the time you spend on back to back conversations in front of a screen can be tiring. Other than that, my biggest disappointment was that I was not given enough information on the role I applied to and I found out in my second interview of the hiring day that the role has completely changed. When I previously asked the recruiter about the role she didn't know any details (maybe that should've been my red flag in the start). Other than that, the interviewers are quite relaxed and friendly. It looks like a good growth opportunity to be working there but the feeling was that the company is not as mature as it appears.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Emma (Lisboa, Lisboa) in Apr 2023
Interview
It was an Easy - Moderate interview, where the interviewer was very polite and friendly. There was a 20 min interview first and then a 1-hour final interview. It was based on our previous experiences and achievements and few logical questions.
Convenient and fast. It was done through MS Teams. Although it felt like my interview was rushed by my interviewer. There was supposed to be another part, but we skipped through it.
