I applied online. I interviewed at Emma (Lisboa, Lisboa)
Interview
Super boring, hated every minute of it. A full friday afternoon dedicated to have 3 or 4 interviews of 1 hour each. They claimed in every step that the company is "always changing" and they seemed super workaholic. I was not interested in the end and didn't get a offer as well, but got mad that they didn't even shared a feedback after I lost half day for this useless process. Don't bother to apply if you want to work in a stable environment. If you aren't sure, don't apply as well. It takes too much effort and if you google the company you'll see all the reviews about constantly changing and working too much.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Emma (Frankfurt am Main) in Aug 2023
Interview
I was interviewed in Frankfurt am Main. The first step was a cognitive assessment test, which wasn't really easy, however, you needed to rely on your logic and mathematical abilities to pass it. The second step is a 20-minute interview with an HR employee. This one was extremely pleasant, the interviewer was joyful and interested in what I had to say. Overall, the atmosphere was great. At the end, I was told I would get my response within 1 week with feedback, regardless of whether I managed to advance or not. The next day, I woke up to an email in which I was declined and contained the reasons why I was rejected. I'm of the opinion that I managed to cover at least 4 out of 5 reasons during my interview. I'm so curious to find out based on which set of criteria they're choosing candidates. Now, I'm not allowed to apply in the next 6 months to any of their jobs.
