Emma interview questions

Terrible, they did not follow their own procedures. They usually filter out caves and then proceed to further screening with a couple of interviews. I was scouted, they appointed a meeting that they canceled 15 minutes prior. The next day they tell me I'm "more of a creative type rather than someone that gets things done". Great assessment to have with someone you never met, I'd say. So yeah, rude hr, no communication between scouting and hr, and maybe scouting with no filters. Totally unprofessional. A waste of my time.
