There were 4 parts to the application process. A cognitive and behavioral test (moderately difficult but manageable with some prior practice), an initial HR interview, a technical interview with the team, and a final culture fit interview with the team lead. The initial HR interview were what you'd expect, while the technical interview involved a lot of situationers and a screen-shared Excel test you're expected to complete. The final interview was generally more chill, with the team lead asking you more about behavioral and motivational questions. I'd say it was a generally organized experience, and the HR person assigned to me was very prompt in updating me about the status of my application throughout the process.
