Emma interview questions

The interviews were quick and efficient. They supported the whole onboarding processes very well. The interviewers are very nice and supportive. Contract was done quickly and i am very happy with the whole process.

1. Gespräch HR 2. Gespräch CTO Abklappern der groben Rahmenbedingungen und des Fits. Später etwas tiefer in die Details, aber nicht zu sehr. Es wurde klar, dass nicht wichtig ist, was man bisher gemacht hat, sondern dass die Lust da sein muss, zu lernen und gemeinsam zu wachsen.
