Emma interview questions

- First interview with a Team Lead - Second interview with a Head The process was not clear since the beginning. HR is fixing the meeting but I had no idea what was the person who would interview me in the first round and in the second round.

I really enjoyed the interview process due to the cases that we had to figure out on the spot. I was really challenged to maximize my brain power! One thing I could suggest though to improve the interview process would be to streamline it and to schedule not too far in-between. Streamlining because I found that many information about the company was rehashed by each interviewer for each step which I think was inefficient use of time. Just a suggestion: Play a video about Emma at the beginning of the interview process. My second interview was scheduled almost a month after my first interview and during that period my interest towards Emma was kind of waning, probably with a little push I could have decided not to push through with the interview but thankfully I stayed!
