One of the worst interview experiences I’ve ever had! The process definitely doesn’t align with the company’s supposed culture.
There were irrelevant questions, unnecessary pressure, and it seemed like they weren’t even sure which role I had actually applied for, all the job descriptions are quite similar, which makes you think their internal processes might also be disorganized.
On top of that, the salary offered doesn’t match the level of pressure applied during the interview. People shouldn’t be evaluated based on a single meeting where they’re clearly not in a comfortable position.
Es hätte insgesamt 3 Runden gegeben auch mit einer Probearbeit. Ich bin bis in die zweite Runde gekommen. Das Gespräch mit HR war sehr angenehm das zweite Gespräch mit der Fachabteilung wirkte für mich von Anfang an so als ob man klares Desinteresse hätte.

Les entretiens sont en anglais. Premier round avec une responsable recrutement pour vérifier si notre profil correspond bien avec l'entreprise. Second round plus "technique" avec la responsable d'équipe et une experte marketing. Une fois ces deux rounds passés, deux autres rounds sont prévus.

Interview
Applied online. Was a 3-step interview process in the space of 2 weeks. First interview was 30-min, more of a screening and asking for motivations. Second interview was 1 hour technical interview with questions related to the role. Third step of the process was part of a 'recruiting day' with two interviews with 2 people each - this is more scenario-based questions with people from different teams (unrelated to your role)
