3 steps, fast process but longer interviews. First one was with HR and 2nd and 3rd with Finance Managers. They also ask brainteaser questions like sandglass etc. They also asked a pizza delivery question. i.e. tell me how you would utilise pizza boxes and make money if you only had a pair of scissors and many pizza boxes.

At least 3 levels with initial, technical and culture fit. Very intellectual and insightful conversation, also had a good feel of what their culture looks like —- fast paced, still very start up and unstructured but in a maturing phase.

What are the financial statements. Define, explain how you would use them —- added: what do you think emma’s f/s look like?
The interviews were quick and efficient. They supported the whole onboarding processes very well. The interviewers are very nice and supportive. Contract was done quickly and i am very happy with the whole process.
