Interesting interview method that changed a bit from the boring HR interviews that we are used to see. Unfortunately I was looking for something else for my career and ended up not following through with them, but I remember that the interviews were well prepared.

Question 1
They asked some logic things to see the way I used to ratiotinate.
Lots of consulting-type questions. I suggest preparing for this to get used to the line of questioning. Sample types: How many ping pong balls can fit in a Boeing airplane? What is x multiplied by x? The goal is not to have a correct answer, but for them to understand your line of thinking

wasted time, too much details on the step 1 of the pre-interview process, useless tasks that proves basically nothing, Anyway all was solved by me and they never replied even though my experience fit ideally to their profile.

el proceso es innecesariamente tedioso y complicado, dura todo un día que tienes que perder de trabajo. te hacen preguntas que no tienen absolutamente nada que ver con el puesto.
