I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Emma (Frankfurt am Main) in Jun 2023
Interview
I had 1 interview in April, it lasted 20 minutes. I told the HR person about me and then she asked me about some decisions I would make in hypothetical situations. She told me they would contact me, and they never write to me again. Until July that they told me they had some database malfunctions and lost my information. I had again the 20 minute interview with other HR employee. Again I was asked about decision making problems. They were different and challenging. I liked them in both interviews. Next day they told me I did move foward to the 1 hour interview. I had it the next week. The main theme we talked about was about a new producto for the company and situations, what would I do, what did I recommend, which decision would I take. All of them were different to other interviews with other companys and wete exciting and challenging. All the interviewers were really polite and friendly

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Emma (Frankfurt (Oder)) in Oct 2020
Interview
I have attended 2 meetings. One with the country managers and one with the people and organization recruiter. Both involved description of past experiences with concrete examples and case studies. It was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. What I liked the most is that the recruiters made me feel comfortable and I didn`t feel time pressure to answer to the questions
