Question 1
Come up with an idea for an activation in collaboration with brand x. How does that activation benefit Emma and brand x?
Kind and open manager. Was a bit uncomfortable because of the rush, she was speaking too fast and from the beginning told me that we have very limited amount of time. In the end she told me that I can ask only one question.

Interview
After completing the assessment test, Emma send out an Email to schedule an interview. The interview was with two collaborators and lasted 20 minutes. The questions focused on situational scenarios. At the end there was an opportunity to ask some questions. They were really quick to respond, got an answer the next morning.

"Introduce yourself" "Tell me about a project you were proud of" (the following questions were details and situational scenarios related to the project) "Emma wants to send customers a gift with their order, what would you choose as a gift?"
it was 20 minutes interview, she asked me case questions related to the influencer sector and gave me four different words and i had to choose one and say why i identify more with this one compared to the others
