I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Emma (Lisboa, Lisboa) in Feb 2022
Interview
It was a severall step interview - the last day was the Recruitment day with 3 and a half hours of meetings. Some of the recruiters did some brain teasers.

Question 1
Pizza Delivery with Scissors was one of the main teasers. If you don't provide what they "want" as the right answer you are required to keep going with answers until you get it "right" although it's not a right or woring question.
The interview process is somewhat unconventional, in a positive manner, and involves four distinct steps. Initially, you submit your application online, followed by an online cognitive assessment that allows you ample time and resources for preparation. Subsequently, there is a pre-interview with the recruiting team, which serves as a mutual introduction. Lastly, there is the Recruiting day. The Recruiting day is notably the most rigorous phase, encompassing multiple interviews where you're engaged by various team members representing different departments, with a focus on topics pertinent to your role. The cognitive test serves as a thought-provoking method for assessing your personal abilities and appraising your strengths.
