Interview
The response time after I had sent my Cover Letter was really fast (within a day). I have had two interviews with Emma before a contract was offered. The first one being more general and with two people and the second one dived into the function itself. It was an unique interview where you had to answer not just the basic interview questions but also the person that interviewed you wanted to know how you would solve, in my interview, a business case. Almost all the communication before, during, and after the Interviews were with the same person. This was helpfull to receive the important information and made it easier to reach out to that person. Despite the COVID circumstances, the company always responded quickly. The interviews itself were via Teams.

- It is important to know your own skills, strenghts and weaknesses and that you are also able to elaborate on it and what you have learned from those examples.

Interview
They asked a general question focused on my personal interests, my attitude towards work, and what motivates me on a daily basis. It wasn’t technical. They also presented me with a case study question to solve.

Interview
The process was fast and organized. It started with a cognitive assessment and then a first short interview with one person. After that I got called for a second and final interview with two of my possible managers. The recruitment team was very nice. Questions are very related to the job and they use a lot of cases and hypothetical situations.

Interview
Ingesamt gab es 2 verschiedene Bewerbungsbespräche. Das erste Gespräch war ein Online-Call mit einer Mitarbeiterin aus Lissabon. Vorerst hatte diese versucht mich am Mobiltelefon zu erreichen, was sich als schwierig herausgestellt hat und es hat gedauert, bis wir einen Online-Call vereinbaren konnten. Das zweite Gespräch wurde schnell danach vereinbart und war einmal mit der Chefin des Teams, in welches ich kommen sollte, sowie mit einer anderen Mitarbeiterin aus dem HR. Das Gespräch ging circa eine Stunde lang.
