Interview
I went through several rounds of interviews and at home tasks which took a considerable amount of my time (about 10 hours in total).
I was not selected which is okay, but I would have wished to receive more detailed feedback. I only got a one liner: "You would struggle to make impact here."
After investing so much time and energy I would have just appreciated a bit more feedback to learn and grow from.

Whats something you built in the past that you are proud of ?
Lots of consulting-type questions. I suggest preparing for this to get used to the line of questioning. Sample types: How many ping pong balls can fit in a Boeing airplane? What is x multiplied by x? The goal is not to have a correct answer, but for them to understand your line of thinking

wasted time, too much details on the step 1 of the pre-interview process, useless tasks that proves basically nothing, Anyway all was solved by me and they never replied even though my experience fit ideally to their profile.

el proceso es innecesariamente tedioso y complicado, dura todo un día que tienes que perder de trabajo. te hacen preguntas que no tienen absolutamente nada que ver con el puesto.
