Emma Intership interview questions

The first stage is an online assessment with logical tests. The following step are two one-hour interviews with HR and team members, covering the CV and some brain teasers/case studies. A great lack of professionalism from the HR team, as they refused to give a reason or individual feedback. To make things worse, two emails were received: one rejecting the application and another with a proposal that was in fact sent by mistake. Very unhumane on the company's part, both not giving feedback/motivation and sending an offer by mistake.

The process began with an assessment test. I was given 4 days to submit it. Then I received an email schedulling two consecutive interviews each of one hour. One was with an HR representative and the other with the manager of the department for which I was applying for. Both went pretty smoothly, they were calm, thoughtful and allowed me to take time in my answers.
