Emma Intern UX Research interview questions

The selection process for this internship was organized in a pre-interview and an interview. The pre-interview was a rather short videocall where I had the chance to introduce myself and the experiences that I had in the past. The interviewer was friendly and I felt at ease. The second round of selection was more challenging and it lasted for around 3/4 hours. That morning, in 3 consecutive meetings with different members of the company, I got to know the company better and I was asked to describe specific experiences in my career path. The interviews were also focused on my approach in solving difficult scenarios.
