Emma Business Development Manager interview questions

Totally exagerated interviewing process, With tests and precall and a recruiting Friday to find out that they are not interested in expertise and know how. They are looking for people without experience or backbone.

Very positive experience I applied for junior marketing role, but they required Cantonese speaking which I don't speak. So was recommended a Business development position, so I tried previous hr interview went well, finally it was the manager interview, I don't have enough experience to answer the BD question from manager, so didn't get the job. It was a mid-senior level role, overall if I had a little bit experience with BD process the interview would be smooth.
