Emma Business Development interview questions

I applied online via linkedIn and received an email with some assessment questions and tests. After passing that phase I was invited to a 2h interview with two different managers from different countries. I got offered another position than the one I originally applied to (and did another interview - This time in Spanish since it was for the Mexican market). Finally, they sent me an offer.

The interview has been quite easy and in general fast. It is composed of one first interview via phone and the second one in person/online. They use a lot of case study games and what matters the most is the reasoning not necessarily the resolution of them.
