      Human Resources Interview

      Oct 12, 2020
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Elior Group

      Interview

Had 4 interviews over the course of a month. Recruiter kept saying they needed to interview ASAP as they were looking to quickly make a decision, but the company kept requiring more and more interviews. At one point, I felt like she wanted me to call off work to attend the interviews. Followed up after not hearing anything from the last one and was told they were STILL interviewing candidates. After an additional 2 weeks of absolute silence, I received a canned message on indeed saying I wasn’t chosen. Especially during a pandemic when people are desperately looking for work, it seems not very courteous of candidates’ time to painfully drag out the process and then ultimately reject them.
