I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company in Nov 2023
Interview
Originally applied for Software Engineer. Did an online call, then was invited to do a technical assessment. Then went into the office for an in-person interview, which was very easy and simple, focused around their Lilly 'values'. Not much technical stuff. Although I was asked (and pushed) if I would like a data engineering role rather than software engineering during the interview. After, I was sent an offer for software engineer, which I accepted. When they sent the contract, it then had data engineer on it. I queried this with them and they said, even though I applied for Software Engineer, and was interviewed for that role and accepted the job offer for that role, they felt I was better suited for data engineering even if I didn't want to do it/didnt interest me. I felt very pushed and forced into a role I didn't apply for, didn't want, wasn't offered originally, but somehow ended up on the final contract they sent.

Interview
The process was smooth. I didn't face any hiccups because of scheduling. I felt I had done well but as it turns it that wasn't the case and I wasn't selected.
Good thorough interview , great communication and easy to understand what needs they require from possible candidate. The testing process was also straigh forward , consiting on both communicational skills and technical ones.
