Eli Lilly and Company interview questions

First round with HR - 22 behavioral based questions (2 - 3 sentences to answer each question), interviewer was very professional. Second round with hiring manager and ops manager - Technical questions related to the role were asked, details in CV were reviewed Did not move into the third round (interview with the director). In overall, the interview experience was good but it was a bit disappointing that no feedback was provided at the end to explain why I was rejected.
