Eli Lilly and Company interview questions

Two interviews with two people from different sides of the site. Both were a tiny bit technical but mainly personal skills highlighted. They asked questions with regards to my projects and what I knew about the company.

The process was very structured with a clear format that outlined Lilly’s values. You were expected to follow the STAR method. Make sure you don’t; get asked to many follow up questions. I was asked many times. This was because my questions were incomplete and lacked results.
