Interview
Recruiting agency then Direct Manager then Meet your team. The process is takes couple of days and its virtual. The challenge is that the interview timing is 15 minutes which makes it very stressful for a candidate to showcase their skills
I applied online. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Bengaluru) in Dec 2024
Interview
I recently had an interview for the DevOps role for Bangalore location.
The interview panel consisted of two members. Unfortunately, the interaction felt rushed and unstructured. The panelists started asking rapid-fire questions, such as "What is this?" and "What is that?" without allowing me enough time to respond. This made it challenging to provide thoughtful and complete answers.
Additionally, the panelists did not take a moment to introduce themselves at the start of the interview, which set an impersonal tone. One of the interviewers displayed a bossy demeanor, which felt intimidating rather than collaborative.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, as I was not given a fair opportunity to showcase my skills and expertise. A more balanced and respectful approach would have made the process more engaging and constructive for both parties.
