Eli Lilly and Company interview questions

Three stages, group assessment, interview and presentation. Hiring team seemed to already know one of the candidates personally, which meant the process was already bias. Feedback was that I was overqualified for the job.

The interview process was ok overall, with a smooth and engaging discussion. However, the response time after the interview was quite slow, and there were noticeable delays in communication, making it difficult to stay informed about the next steps.
