Eli Lilly and Company interview questions

The interview process was pretty short and to the point. It was mostly behavioral with a few easy technical questions about my past experiences with coursework and research. I interviewed with one senior person and another junior person.

Long and thorough, multiple rounds and long wait period between rounds, slow email replies and minimal contact , multiple interviewers always very nice and understanding when asking questions, spoke about their experiences and career to date
