I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company in Apr 2025
Interview
First stage was a phone screen with the recruiter who asked how I would describe my selling style, asked me to go over my experience on my resume, and other general questions like that. Next round was a virtual interview with 3 other people, one being the hiring manager. They want everything answered in STAR format. The interview went really well, it was very conversational and not as formal as I thought it would be. Lily is big on your "Why" so make sure you have a personal connection to the company or position you are applying to. Also big on buzz words like "patient-centered", and want to see solid selling experience. Ultimately, I wasn't extended an offer because I didn't have the GI experience they wanted, but still a great experience!

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company in Feb 2025
Interview

Interview
Interviewed with two former students from my program. Answer questions in STAR format. Asked about my research. Time you went above and beyond. Time you had to implement change. Time you had a disagreement with a colleague. Probably lasted 30min. I asked questions about the internship.
