Eli Lilly and Company interview questions

Interviewed by a group of 5 people with one person from Human Resource. The interview lasted for about a hour to a hour and half. Skill and background related questions were asked by the hiring managers and the person from HR asked mostly behavioral questions. The interview went very well, the interviewers are all very friendly and approachable. Got the offer 3 days later.

Company recruiter schedules a phone interview with me, she changed it 1 hr before the time of interview to the next day, it was not convenient for me since I had another appointment that day. Anyway she called me the next day and asks vey general qs, and told me I have to submitted another online application, print, sing and scan it then send back to her .it took forever. I did not hear back from her and when I send her a follow up email she apparently did not like it. Anyway I have not heard back from them, although I do get automatic emails that you have not been selected
