I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company
Interview
Very friendly bunch. Responded quickly to emails and any questions I had. Easy-going, but professional. Basic behavioral interview questions, nothing too difficult.
Application followed by online test (about an hour). Contacted by recruiter scheduling a phone interview. Lasted about 15 minutes. Contacted by another and scheduled face to face interview with 3 district managers. Lasted about an hour. Said followup will be in one to two weeks

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company in Mar 2014
Interview
Phone interview with the hiring manager went well, all interviewers were very professional, except the HR representative who was not professional, did not spend the entire allotted time to interview me, and was rather impolite. I was refused the position, despite my great performance and the fact that all interviewees had chosen me, based on a matter that HR had overlooked prior to selecting me for the interview and a posteriori decided not to clear the process of hiring me.
