I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (San Jose, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
Very quick response from the local manager. Had to take an online screening test and email the results before you can set up a phone interview. Moved on pass the phone interview to meet with the regional? manager? Can't quite remember exactly what his title was, but met in a coffee shop for a face to face with the two. Overall, positive experience. Although I didn't get an offer, it was good interviewing practice/experience, and they were very nice and helpful.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Indianapolis, IN)
Interview
A phone interview was scheduled 2 weeks in advance. Found it interesting that they were unable to explain much about the job because it was a new initiative. Made it very difficult to understand what they were looking for or the scope of position.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Indianapolis, IN) in Sep 2016
Interview
Behavioral type questions to get a read on how you would act in certain situations based on past events. They then contacted me after several weeks for a second round. The second round was in Indianapolis but I was called afterwards to know I was not selected.
