Eli Lilly and Company interview questions

i got to know about the openings through a consulatant and then forwarded my resume. in a week got a call and was told that your telephonic round would be conducted the next day. in telephonic round, only one person took the interview and asked me questions regarding my work profile, how to perform those and one "value and behavior" question. In next 3 days, i was informed that i have cleared the telephonic interview and they are sending a written test which i had to complete and submit in 4-5 hrs. After submitting the test i again got a call in nearly a week that i cleared the written as well and will get a detailed telephonic call againthe next day. Gave my telephonic round which was for half an hour. in next two days, i got a call again and was called for face to face round to banaglore the next day. they provided the flight ticket. there i again had two round, one technical and one HR. then in 4 subsequent working days, i got the offer letter.

The interview process was very simple. One half hour interview in star format and that was it. The whole process took less than one week. Found out about them at a career fair, interview the next day and offer after a day.
