I applied online. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company
Interview
Easy going and precise. They were very straight-forward. A few behavioural questions. And questions about previous experience. They were very friendly. It was my first interview after graduating. The hiring process was a quick one as well. They provide uniforms and the benefits were ok.

Question 1
Tell us about your experience with Industrial Processes
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Indianapolis, IN) in Jan 2018
Interview
Applied online, standard 30 minute phone interview, a 1:1 interview and 2:1 interview back to back with managers in the department. The experience was great and really personalized. The recruiter met me in the lobby and took me to the meeting room where I was able to watch videos about the company and get to know the culture. I was treated like I really matter and all the people I met were very engaged. The whole process has lasted about 3 months, due to special circumstances.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you were met with a challenge.
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company
Interview
Very unusual process for a company of this caliber.
It took roughly a month to get feedback following the initial phone screen and roughly 2 weeks to schedule the initial interview. Following the interview, I received a generic automatically generated rejection letter. Seems like candidate experience isn’t really a priority.
