I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Baltimore, MD) in Aug 2018
Interview
From Assessment to Phone Screen to in-person panel interview . Still waiting to hear back at the time of posting.
I did a lot of research and prep for interview, was actually overly prepared on the drugs and company. Knew the drug and competitors as long as mechanism of action but was not asked on any of the info and had to find a place to reference it since I put the work in.

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2018
Interview
Applied online via job posting, uploaded CV/resume and completed the personality assessment. Within a week I had an email from a third party recruiter on behalf of Lilly. Scheduled a phone interview for a week later.
The phone interview was behavioral questions, and the questions to expect such as; why leave where you are, why Lilly, etc. The call was approximately 30 mins, and the recruiter was very friendly. He told me what to really focus on and state in my in person interview. I was informed at the end of the call that I would be contacted for an in person interview.
Fast forward a few days and I got the call that they would be flying me to Chicago for the in person panel interview. I was flown in the night before, and interview took place the next day in the hotel. There were 2 managers that were in on the interview. They had a standard booklet they followed for interview questions, which were all behavioral based. No real questions on the drug, although recruiter made it seem like it would all be about the drug. The panel was exciting, and very easy going. The managers and all other Lilly employees there were very nice and approachable. About 15 mins of the end of the interview was left for my questions. Overall, positive experience.
