Eli Lilly and Company interview questions

I was selected for a live interview following a 30-minute phone screen. There were 3 interviews with 2 interviewers each time, each 30-45 minutes. They were looking for responses in the STAR format.

Applied through company website then was contacted by recruiter a few weeks later. Recruiter scheduled an initial phone screening that lasted about 40 minutes and immediately after told me that she wanted to schedule me for an interview. Met in person the following week with two interviewers (ie. 2 on 1 interview). Interviewers were very nice but did ask some questions that I felt were redundant and somewhat difficult to answer.
