I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2019
Interview
It was a 2-step interview process.
#1: I had a 30-minute phone call with the hiring manager. It was very relaxed and informative about the opportunity and culture of the organization.
#2: I had a 30-minute meeting with the hiring manager and HR partner, followed by a 30-minute presentation to the extended team.
Overall, it was a very positive experience and I enjoyed meeting with the team. I highly recommend potential candidates to apply!

Question 1
Describe a time you had a challenge or lack of information and how you dealt with it.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company in Dec 2016
Interview
The job was advertised by my University's career team. I first sent out my CV and a cover letter to my university career team. Then there was a face to face interview at the university, where the recruitment team came and did a 30 minutes face to face interview. The last part of the process was a face to face interview, for an hour, where I had to prepare from a technology-based topic, as well as a competency-based interview. I heard back from them within a week and had received an offer.
