The hiring manager reached out to me first and then the HR scheduled an all day onsite interview, including a presentation. The onsite interview had 6 one on one interviews.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Bengaluru) in Jun 2020
Interview
Got a call from a recruiter and discussed about the current role and JD. It was matching my skill sets so I said "Yes". After this conversation she scheduled a interview on weekend. It was a skype interview. Interviewer asked questions about ORM, NodeJs and some react questions. I have answered all the questions decently. I would say interview was very easy. I waited 2 to 3 days for the feedback but no one from the company emailed me. So I decided to send a follow up email to the recruiter and sent but no response from them. After 7 days Once again I sent another follow up email, no use.
I have question here why these people do like this? Worst interview process I ever had. Please improve your interview process.
