Series of four behavioral questions- challenging person to work with, thinking outside the box, solving a difficulty in the workplace, etc. Then a Q&A afterwards- lasted a little over 30 minutes. Pretty standard interview, not challenging with the questions, but be ready to go.

Three step process (phone, team member, panel). Intensity of the interview process goes up closer to the last step as usual. Learning about your experience, detailing your experience, and lastly how your experience will support your growth within the Company and sales results.
